Privacy Policy

B6 Property Limited ("we", "us") operates a private, internal web application used to manage our own small residential and commercial property portfolio. The app is not offered to the public and has no public sign-up.

We use the data solely to operate the app: tracking compliance deadlines, sending reminders, recording rent and expenses, reconciling payments and calculating portfolio returns. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell personal data.

Where UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests in managing our property portfolio and to comply with legal obligations such as landlord safety and record-keeping duties.

Data is held in a managed Postgres database with row-level security so records are only readable by authorised accounts. Uploaded documents are stored in private storage and accessed only through short-lived signed links. Access is limited to authorised users of B6 Property Limited.

We keep records for as long as needed to manage the portfolio and to meet statutory retention requirements, then delete them.

We share data only with service providers that host and run the app (cloud hosting, database, storage and authentication providers) and with Intuit where you have authorised a QuickBooks connection. We may disclose data where required by law.

Individuals whose data we hold may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of their personal data, or object to processing, by emailing info@b6property.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
