Terms of Service

This application is a private, internal tool operated by B6 Property Limited for managing its own property portfolio. Access is granted only to authorised users. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Authorised users must keep their credentials secure, use the app only for legitimate portfolio management, and must not attempt to access data belonging to others, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it. Access may be withdrawn at any time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records, documents and figures you enter. Compliance dates, reminders and financial calculations shown in the app are aids only and do not replace professional, legal or accounting advice.

The app can connect to QuickBooks Online using Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorisation. By connecting, you confirm you are authorised to grant access to that QuickBooks company. The integration reads transaction data for reconciliation and expense allocation. Intuit is an independent third party; its services are governed by its own terms, and we are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data supplied by Intuit. You may disconnect at any time.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
